Blind Shot

They were so far away,

I took the chance,

as in life,

it was worth it.

Mesmerized

There is endless beauty in this piece of wood,

lines formed through the history of this land,

telling us a story of survival,

of hope,

of wisdom,

we can learn,

only if we stop,

and touch,

and feel.
