A Day to Remember Birth

I can't believe it is 45 years. Today, I learned one lesson. The pleasures in life does not need to be expensive. An office with caring coworkers, a Kodak moment with a patient who shares the same birthday, a simple warming homemade soup from a loving wife, a phone call from my pre-teen son who greeted me "Happy Birthday!" Yes, they all touched the deepest part of my heart.

I was chasing the moon the other day, sort of playing a hide and seek. I finally reached home and found my camera. Gotcha!

Motionless

The turtle was motionless in that pond, for as long as I can remember. The sunflower was motionless in the air, for as long as I can remember. They remind me to sit, to watch my breath, to remember that I am part of this nature. 

Thank God for Halloween!

We can be who we want to be...finally.

It was always a dream to play. Now that I married a piano player, I have all the opportunities. Am I playing? No. Excuses, excuses.

Sunset Blues

My photography teacher said that the first rule in photography is: have your camera ready! I followed her advice and brought my camera to the golf course. I got a glimpse of this sunset as we were playing the 18th hole. I guess life is the same. Be ready. You never know. Anything can happen. When you are ready, you jump in and start a new life, or a better life.
